All the cakes are based on the Orchard Fruitcake - a rich traditional fruitcake made with apples, cherries and nuts from our West Norfolk Orchard as well as 50% dried fruit, all soaked in sherry fro several days before being baked in the Aga in my 5* rated home kitchen.
